Founded 1857 in Heidelberg by Albrecht von Graefe, the DOG is the most ancient ophthalmological scientific association in the world and one of the important scientific medical association in Germany.

    oregis is a digital registry project of the German Society of Ophthalmology (DOG) that significantly expands and improves the possibilities for comprehensive ophthalmic health services research.
